Fox Ridge Cooperative Townhouses, Inc. is a corporation designed to provide affordable housing alternatives to the citizens of Topeka, Kansas. Every penny of your monthly payment is carefully allocated to provide the finest housing at the lowest cost, and all on a non-profit basis. Your monthly payment covers general operating costs for the property such as: lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and general maintenance. Additionally, the cooperative has reserve funds waiting in the bank to replace items as they wear out.
We are managed by Heritage Management Corporation. In conjunction with the governing Board of Directors (elected by the membership of the Cooperative), the Office, and the Maintenance staff, we all see to it that we have a well maintained and efficiently operated Cooperative.
